How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your personal data from NAVA, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject: "Data Deletion Request"
  2. Include your full name and registered phone number
  3. We will process your request within 30 business days

Data We Will Delete

  • Personal account information (name, email, phone number)
  • Order history and purchase records
  • Saved delivery addresses
  • Facebook login data (if applicable)
  • Account preferences and wishlist

Data We May Retain

We may retain certain data for legal or accounting purposes:

  • Sales invoices (legally required under Iraqi law)
  • Payment and financial transaction records
  • Any data required by law or court orders
Important: Once your data is deleted, you will not be able to recover your account or previous order history. This action is permanent and irreversible.
