حذف حساب Nava وبياناته
يمكنك طلب حذف حساب تطبيق Nava والبيانات المرتبطة به من هنا حتى لو لم يعد التطبيق مثبتاً على هاتفك.
قدّم طلبك
أرسل بريداً إلى [email protected] بعنوان «حذف حساب Nava»، واكتب بريد الحساب أو رقم الهاتف المرتبط به. يرجى إرسال الطلب من بريد الحساب إن أمكن؛ قد نطلب التحقق من ملكيته قبل التنفيذ. لا ترسل كلمة مرور أو رمز تحقق أو بيانات بطاقة دفع.
الحذف داخل التطبيق
حسابي ← حذف الحساب ← اكتب بريد الحساب للتأكيد. لا تحتاج إلى اشتراك مدفوع أو إعادة تثبيت التطبيق لتقديم طلبك عبر البريد.
ما الذي يُحذف وما الذي يبقى
تُلغى جلسات الدخول وتسجيلات الأجهزة وتُحذف ملفات قياسات الجسم المرتبطة بالحساب، وتُغلق السلات المفتوحة ويتوقف التسويق المرتبط بالحساب. قد تبقى سجلات العميل والطلبات والفواتير والسلات الملغاة ومراسلات الدعم اللازمة للتوصيل والمحاسبة والنزاعات والالتزامات النظامية. حذف الحساب لا يلغي طلباً مؤكداً تلقائياً. إذا أردت حذف بيانات اختيارية فقط، اذكرها في طلبك. تفاصيل إضافية في سياسة الخصوصية.

Delete your Nava account and data
Request deletion of your Nava app account and associated data here, even if the app is no longer installed.
Send your request
Email [email protected] with the subject “Nava account deletion” and the account email or linked phone number. Use the account email where possible. We may verify account ownership before processing. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment card information.
Delete inside the app
My account → Delete account → type the account email to confirm. No paid subscription or app reinstallation is required to request deletion by email.
What is deleted and retained
Sign-in sessions and device registrations are revoked; linked sizing profiles are deleted; open carts are closed and account-related marketing stops. Customer, order, invoice, cancelled-cart and necessary support records may remain for delivery, accounting, disputes and regulatory obligations. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a confirmed order. To remove only optional data, specify it in your request. See our privacy policy.
